What is your delivery time? When will I get my order? I will post same/ next day as payment is cleared in accordance with the operating hours of Australian Post. *When I may be unable to process an order within two days I will contact the client and make it known.*
Within Australia: I offer standard postal services within Australia, deliveries may take up to 1-4 business days to reach it's destination.
Worldwide: I offer standard postal services worldwide. Deliveries may take up to 3-10 business days, up to 3 weeks maximum to reach destination.

What is your jewelry made of? is it made of wax? Wax Ribbons are not made of actual wax, they are made of a material called Polycaprolactone (PLC). Polycaprolactone is a non-toxic, strong, lightweight and biodegradable material with a melting point of 60 degrees celsius. The Necklaces will become soft in slightly lesser temperatures than this so be careful not to have jewelry in extreme heat situations.
Can you resize my necklace/ ring before you ship it? Yes I can! if you email me requesting a particular size, I can reshape your purchase before sending it out to you.
How comfortable are Wax Ribbons to wear? Can I wear it all day? They are comfortable, as a choker you may be more aware if around your neck compared to a longer necklace. I wear mine all day and I haven't had any particular discomfort.

Polycaprolactone (PCL) is a biodegradable polyester with a melting point of 60 degrees celsius
You can bend the wax ribbons, Polycaprolactone will likely bend rather than snap
- do not leave jewelry where it may be exposed to extreme heat
- do not leave jewelry in hot water if you wish it to keep its original shape
- use water no hotter that 60 degrees celsius, in most cases a lesser temperature will make adjustments possible
- do not put jewelry on skin when hot after immersed in hot water
